Q.4 What are the publication charges for publishing a book/manuscript?

Publication charges depend on the type or number of pages of your book and will be decided by the management team when they receive your whole manuscript.


Q.5 What are the author guidelines for publishing a manuscript?

Author guidelines will be sent to you when the publication query is received from your end.


Q.6 How long will it take to publish a book?

The standard time frame for publishing a book is 2-3 months. However, it may also depend on the type of the book.


Q.7 Will the publication house check the plagiarism of the books?

Yes, plagiarism in the original manuscript provided by the author will be checked by us. If found ineligible, it will be reverted to the author for modification or rejection


Q.8 What are the benefits of publishing my book with you?

Payment can be made through electronic fund transfer or through Paytm. Offline mode is also available. Payment modes will be shared once the manuscript is accepted for publication with us.

Our most of the books are in the Scopus indexing Database. And for the new books they take some time to examine and have them get indexed after the publication. Time period may vary according to their eligibility standards.

We may support you in the marketing, distribution and circulation of the books in the institutions. We will promote your book in the medical libraries, conferences, seminars, book fairs, and workshops Nationally and Internationally.


Q.14 Are there any charges for artwork– editing or redesigning the images, tables, charts etc for a book?

Yes, charges will vary according to the type of artwork or typing work.

Q.1 How to become a Reviewer of your journals?

To become a Reviewer of the journal, interested candidate needs to share their request to the Editorial Office conveying the same and then the Editorial Office will take appropriate steps considering the qualifying criteria for the same.

Q.2 Why do I become a Reviewer of your journals?

A Reviewer of the journal holds an utmost role. Becoming a Reviewer of the journal, you have an opportunity to enhance and explore the latest research in the scientific community. Being a Researcher, it’s very important to make yourself up to date with the latest ongoing research and thus the role of a Reviewer helps in fulfilling all of these aspects. It also includes other benefits too as per Publisher policies.

Q.3 How to submit a Review report on the portal?

Once the Reviewer has completed the Review, there is an option to “ADD COMMENT” on the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard to add comments and also “ATTACH REVIEWED FILE” if required.


Q.4 How to update the Reviewer Profile?

An updated Reviewer Profile is essential to being the Reviewer/Editorial Board of the journal. On the left side of the dashboard, there’s a Tab of “EDIT PROFILE” which can be used to update the Reviewer Profile when required.


Q.5 How to suggest the name of an individual to be the Reviewer of the journal?

The Reviewer and the Editorial Board hold an utmost role in maintaining the quality of the journal. On the left side of the Tab, there’s an option for “ADD REVIEWER,” which can be used to suggest the name of someone to be the Reviewer of the journal or a Reviewer can also inform the concerned Editorial Assistant about the same.


Q.6 When and how can the Reviewer Certificate be downloaded?

Once the Reviewer comments have been submitted for the assigned article, marking the review completion, then the Reviewer Certificate can be downloaded from the bottom of the dashboard, showing the REVIEWER CERTIFICATE link.


Q.7 Can a Reviewer benefit from the completed Review in Web of Science (WOS)?

Yes, a Reviewer can absolutely benefit from the Review in Web of Science (WOS). Once the Review has been completed, an appreciation mail will be sent to the Reviewer. The reviewer can take advantage of the completed Review by forwarding this “appreciation mail” to the Web of Science reviews@webofscience.com. If WOS will consider your review as verified reviews, they also will add one credit point to your WOS account.


Q.8 What to do if a Reviewer is unable to do the Review after accepting it for review?

Once the Reviewer have accepted the article for review, later due to some uncertain circumstances if he/she won’t be able to do the review, then the Reviewer needs to inform the concerned Editorial Assistant or Editorial Office so that the Peer Review process won’t get affected.


Q.9 What to do if an accepted article for Review has not been shown on the Reviewer Portal?

If an accepted article for Review has been terminated or not shown on the Reviewer portal, it’s quite possible that the Review time has been completed and the article has been processed to further stage so it has been removed from the Reviewer’s Portal.


Q.10 How can a Reviewer get to know about their Credit Points earned upon Reviewed Articles?

Upon Reviewing the articles, Reviewer gets Credit Points which can be used to receive a discount on submitted article’s APC. The Reviewer can check their Credit Points by clicking on the “REVIEWER CREDIT POINT” Tab on the left side of the dashboard.


Q.11 What to do if a Reviewer is not receiving articles for Review of their subject expertise?

It’s very important for a Reviewer to receive an article for Review that should be of their own Subject expertise. In case a Reviewer is not receiving it, it’s quite possible that the Reviewer not updated their Subject Category so the Editorial Office have no knowledge of it. For this, a Reviewer can update their Subject Category by clicking “ADD/EDIT SUBJECT CATEGORY” Tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.


Q.12 Is it necessary for a Reviewer to update their Social Profile?

Yes, absolutely it’s very essential for a Reviewer to update their Social Profile so that they can avail benefits of Review. A Reviewer can update their social profile by clicking on “SOCIAL PROFILE” Tab on the left-hand of the dashboard.

You can track the status of your submission using the MPRP tracking feature. Simply log in with your registered email ID and your Article Reference Number. Link:

At IP Innovative, the average peer review duration is 8–12 Weeks.
In exceptional cases, it may extend to more weeks, depending on reviewer availability, author responsiveness, and article complexity.


Q.9 How can I re-attach my article?

To re-attach your article in the MPRP Portal

  1. Log in as an Author: https://www.mprp.in/user-login
  2. Go to Manage Article → Submitted Article.
  3. • Select your article and click Re-Attach (found on the right side or under the “View Comments” section).
