Subscription Policy

General
The subscription will always be prepaid and all subscriptions will be realized only after the receipt of full payment of the subscription.

The subscription price of all Innovative Publication journals is revised every year.

Innovative Publication reserves the right to change and amend the subscription policy. Institutions and corporate setups should place orders on their respective letterheads.

Any change of address should be intimated to the Innovative Publication at least 2 months or 60 days prior to the date of dispatch of the issue as mentioned in the frequency of subscription, no change of address request will be entertained after that.

In the Case of Individual subscriptions, it should be intimated to the subscription department with the proper identification of individual personal details with a complete postal address.

Payment

Mode of payments: payments can be made through Cheque/Demand Draft /NEFT/RTGS in favor of “IP Innovative Publication Private Limited” – Payable at New Delhi, India.

Once the order is processed subscription fee will not be refunded

Innovative Publication can change subscription charges and conditions and at the time of receipt of order only recent rates will be applicable.

Lost Issue Claims

Please note that in case of a lost or missing issue following will apply:

Claim for the lost issue will be honored only after 45 days of dispatch of the issue and before the publication of the next issue

Claim for loss of issue will not be entertained in case of incomplete address or without the prior intimation of the change of address

No refund of the subscription fee will be entertained in case of the lost or missing issue

Issue Replacement

Missing issues must be reported within 2 months of the mailing date to be eligible for no-charge replacement. After this period, they are only available at a single back-issue rate.

Innovative Publication reserves the right to limit the number of copies replaced free-of-charge.

Innovative Publication will be not responsible for replacing issues that have been re-mailed to secondary addresses. Please note that as per policy, there are no free replacements sent with confirmed deliveries with signatures.

Online Access Policy

For subscribers

All our Journals with a print subscription will have free online access. This will be activated within 2-3 working days after the receiving of payment and correct user details like Institution name and address, IP address, Email Id, Administrator, and Librarian contact number.

Online access will be deactivated in cases of violation of the copyright by the subscriber.

On furnishing a valid reason, there will be re-activation of online access. Any issue uploaded during the subscription period in the journal will be available to the subscribers without any additional charges.

Agency Discount

Agency discount is applicable only for subscription agents. Subscription agents are eligible for a 15% Agency discount on Innovative Publication of all journals. Subscription agents can send payment after a deduction of discount with advance payment. in favor "IP Innovative Publication Pvt. Ltd" Payable at New Delhi, India. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Journals will be dispatched in INDIA through the Indian postal service - Registered/ Speed Post or by Courier.

The tracking number of the registered post will be provided right after the dispatch of the Journals.

The Journals would be dispatched along with the Challan for the record. We request the subscribers to kindly revert within a week of receipt in case of any concerns at subscription@ipinnovative.com
